How to reach the museum

Via the Dampoort (coming via the N70 from St-Amandsberg, Lokeren, Destelbergen.)
Under the railway bridge you arrive at the roundabout of the Dampoort; then follow the direction "Eeklo/Expo" (Dok Zuid.) Follow this road until the fifth traffic lights. Turn left and then right (Café Oase). You are now in the Molenaarsstraat. The archives are situated at number 28, on the left side of the street.

Coming from Eeklo via N90.
Follow the direction Lokeren-Zele. At the intersection of the Palinghuizen and Rooigemlaan (traffic lights) you continue straight ahead, follow the bend and go straight ahead at the next traffic lights, follow the rails of the tram (Desmetstraat) until the traffic lights. Then turn right and follow this main road until the second traffic lights. Then turn left and then right (Café Oase). You are now in the Molenaarsstraat. The archives are situated at number 28, on the left side of the street.

Coming from Ostend exit Gent-West E40.
At the end of the exit turn left, follow the direction Ghent-West; cross the railway bridge and then the ring canal (Drongensteenweg). At the first traffic lights after the ring canal, continue until the church (on your left) and then turn right. You cross a bridge and turn left at the next traffic lights. Follow this road (Begijnhoflaan) until the third traffic lights, turn right and again turn right (Café Oase). You are now in the Molenaarsstraat. The archives are situated at number 28, on the left side of the street.

Coming from the St. Pietersstation.
Follow the direction of Eeklo-Zelzate (Koning Albertlaan) you turn left at the second traffic lights. You are now at the Martelaarslaan. At the sixth intersection with traffic lights (immediately before the supermarket GB) turn right and continue straight ahead. At the fifth traffic lights turn right and again right (Café Oase). You are now in the Molenaarsstraat. The archives are situated at number 28, on the left side of the street.

Coming from verkeerswisselaar E17-E40 (Antwerp, Kortrijk, Brussels or Ostend) Exit Gent-centrum E17.
The exit itself splits up on a bridge, 'Gent centrum' and 'Andere richtingen". Here follow 'Andere richtingen'. At the traffic lights, turn right and cross a bridge (Keizervest). After the third traffic lights drive towards the roundabout of the Dampoort and follow the direction "Eeklo/Expo" (Dok Zuid.). Follow this road until the fifth traffic lights. Turn left here and then right (Café Oase). You are now in the Molenaarsstraat. The archives are situated at number 28, on the left side of the street.
